Description
This course is offered on Saturday, November 16th, 2024 by the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Bee Lab through the Great Plains Master Beekeeping Program. The cost for this class is $40 per person. Registration must be complete by 09 November 2024. The course will be located at Kimmel Orchard & Vineyard in Nebraska City.

Live Demonstration: Watch and learn as we take you through the mead-making process step-by-step. Discover how to create your own must and manage fermentation.
Hands-On Bottling: Get your hands dirty with a practical bottling session. Learn the ins and outs of bottling, capping, and proper mead storage.
Lunch Break: Enjoy a delicious catered lunch while mingling with fellow mead enthusiasts.
Mead Tasting: Conclude the day by tasting a selection of meads. Explore various styles and flavors, and refine your tasting skills.
